SUSTAIN COFFEE CO. – WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Minimum Order Requirements
   Minimum order value is £200. Orders below this will incur a delivery charge of £10.35 + VAT.

2. Pricing & Discounts
   Competitive pricing based on volume; discounts may be discussed individually. Prices may be adjusted with prior notice.

3. Payment Terms & Credit Risk
   Orders require upfront payment unless credit terms are established after a trading period. Overdue payments will incur a 19% daily charge.

4. Order Processing
   Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Place orders by 12:00 PM for same-day release, with delivery expected within 48 hours. Orders are accepted only through the order space portal; phone and message orders will not be taken.

5. Product Selection Responsibility
   Customers must verify product selections. Sustain Coffee Co. is not liable for selection errors; a £25 + VAT charge applies for collection and redelivery due to mistakes.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Saturday Delivery
   Standard shipping is Monday to Friday. Orders below £200 incur a £10.35 + VAT delivery charge. Saturday deliveries are £25 + VAT. Report delivery issues within 48 hours.

7. Storage Conditions
   Store coffee beans in cool, dry conditions away from sunlight. Sustain Coffee Co. is not liable for quality loss due to improper storage post-delivery.

8. Returns & Collection Policy
   No returns are accepted. Products will only be collected if damaged, reported within 1 hour of delivery, and if the product is entirely available.

9. Liability Disclaimer
   Sustain Coffee Co. accepts no liability for any injuries resulting from the handling or delivery of our products. Additionally, we are not responsible for any other liabilities arising in connection with our products.

10. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by UK laws.
